What is your returns/refund policy?
All stock parts are returnable but must be returned to us in the same condition as received within 5 working days. Parts will be refunded by method of payment however postage will not be included within the refund. Special order parts cannot be returned and no refund will be provided.
What are you delivery options?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery may take between 2-5 working days. 1st class items (request upon order) may take between 2-3 working days. Special delivery/next day delivery may be requested upon order however an additional cost will be charged (please enquire for further details). Orders can be delivered to both national and international addresses however international customers should expect a longer delivery period.
What methods of payment are acceptable?
Cash, cheque and visa/credit card payments are accepted. Payment via PayPal can also be processed however an additional cost may be charged. Payment for all special order parts must be made before the order can be dispatched.
What can I do if I require further information or am having difficulties with an order online?

What information is required to search for a part?
Using the search boxes you can search for genuine Skoda Parts and Accessories either by a key word related to the part you are looking for or by entering the part number.
